Besides the modules, seven virtual reality levels allow you to practice with handling your fear during check-in, waiting for your flight, take off, turbulence, and landing.

Research and scientific backgroundZeroPhobia is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

The effectiveness of ZeroPhobia has been tested by a team of researchers from VU University Amsterdam.
In total, 153 people suffering from fear of flying recently participated in this randomized controlled trial.
